Terms
What you can expect from Wayrivo, and what Wayrivo expects from you.
In force from 28 October 2026.
What Wayrivo is
A place to plan a trip and keep it together: the plan, what is booked, where you are staying, what it costs and the papers that go with it. It is run by Rahim Sillah.
Wayrivo is not a travel agent. It does not sell travel, take payment, or make, change or cancel a booking for you. A booking is between you and whoever you booked with.
By making an account you agree to what is on this page.
Your account
- You need to be 18 or older.
- Use an email address you can read. It is how you get back in.
- Keep your password to yourself. What is done from your account is taken to be done by you.
- If you think someone else has got into it, write to rahimlass17@gmail.com.
What you put in
It stays yours. By putting it in you allow Wayrivo to keep it, to show it to the people you share it with, and to handle it as the privacy page describes, for as long as you leave it there.
What you publish, a drive, a story, a review or a listing, you allow Wayrivo to show to anyone until you take it down: anyone with its link can open it, and it can appear on Wayrivo’s pages of drives and stories.
Put in only what you have the right to: your own tickets and papers, photographs you took or are allowed to use, words that are yours. Publish a photograph of someone only if they agreed to be shown in it.
What is not allowed
- Using Wayrivo to break the law.
- Putting in other people’s private information when you have no right to.
- Publishing what is false, hateful, or not yours to publish.
- Publishing a photograph of someone who did not agree to be shown in it.
- Trying to reach other people’s trips or records, to get round a limit, or to overload the service.
- Collecting what is published here by automated means.
Reports and moderation
Anything published can be reported. People the operator names read reports and may hide what breaks these terms. Whoever published it sees on its page that it was hidden and why, and a record of each decision is kept. Who made a report is not shown to them.
If something published shows you, or uses your work, and you have no account, write to rahimlass17@gmail.com. It is looked at in the same way.
Information from elsewhere
Places, opening hours, travel times, weather, flight status and places to stay come from other services and from hosts. Any of it can be wrong or out of date. Check with whoever you are booking with before you rely on it.
A suggestion is only that. Nothing on your plan changes until you accept it. A deadline for cancelling is what somebody entered; the booking itself is what counts.
Hosts
A host is responsible for what their listing and their guide say, and for their dealings with their guests. A conversation with a host books nothing. Wayrivo takes no payment and holds no money for anyone.
Services you connect, and links out
Connecting Gmail lets Wayrivo read your mail, never send, change or delete it, in the way the privacy page describes. You can disconnect it whenever you like.
Links to maps, ride and ticket sites take you to services Wayrivo does not run and is not answerable for.
Some links go to partners, and say so: Wayrivo may earn a commission on what you book there. A booking made on a partner’s site is between you and that partner, on its terms.
The service itself
Wayrivo is free of charge and is offered as it is. It may change, be unavailable for a time, or stop. If it is to stop for good, people with an account will be told beforehand, so that they can take their trips with them.
Do not let it be your only copy of something you cannot afford to lose. Keep the ticket.
Ending
You can stop using Wayrivo whenever you like, and delete your account under Account. The privacy page says what goes when you do and what stays behind without you. The operator may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why where it can.
Responsibility
Wayrivo helps you plan. It does not travel for you, and it cannot know that a flight will leave or a room will be there. As far as the law allows, the operator is not liable for a missed journey, a lost booking or any other loss that follows from relying on what Wayrivo shows, nor for what other people publish on it.
Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away a right you have as a consumer.
Whose law
These terms are read under the law of the State of Maryland, United States.
Changes, and how to reach us
When these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the head of the page changes and people with an account are told. Questions go to rahimlass17@gmail.com.
